Riad Tarabel has been renovated and opened as a stunning private guesthouse at the end of 2007. It is situated in the heart of the old medina in Marrakech, close to the famous square Jemaa el Fna, the antique dealers of the souk and the Dar el Bacha king palace.
Tarabel mixes a delightful and exquisite blend of elegance and tranquility, respecting the simplicity of old colonial Riads with its traditional arab-andalousian architecture build around a central courtyard in which orange trees and a small gurgling fountain add to the overall romantic atmosphere.
Every room has its own identity with lovingly selected objects coming from a variety of provenances. Family heirlooms like old prints and mirrors, large paintings and old photographs give each room a feeling of nostalgia, of travel, of encounters in far away places and we can imagine different cultures blending effortlessly and comfortably in each and every room.
Riad Tarabel offers two spacious bedrooms and one large suite, all with private bathrooms, as well as three different salons, a spacious, sunbathed roof terrace and a hammam to provide even the most hedonistic with a leisurely oriental bathing experience.
The attentive and soft voiced staff of Riad Tarabel will cater to the visitors’ wishes, making your stay as comfortable and unique as possible.
